Thomas Jade Sr. came to the United States as a small boy eager to experience all that the United States had to offer. Growing up, he was greatly impressed with what you can achieve with owning your own business.

In 1994 he got a job as a plumber's helper with a top mechanical company in the Dallas/ FT Worth area.  During his employment  with  this mechanical company, it was recognized as one of the top fortune 100 best companies to work for 8 years straight. Thomas Jade took advantage of the hands on training and classes available to him. In a few short years, he had his Journeyman's Plumbing License. And not long after that, received his Master Plumber License. After ten years of plumbing experience with the same company, Thomas Jade has proven to be one of the best plumbers in the industry.

 In 2005, Thomas Jade decided to break away from his secure job to embark on a journey of owning his own business. His employer was greatly disappointed in losing one of their top plumbers, but continued to encourage him and wished him the best.
